Is it currently possible to have an explosion add onto the highest in a dice pool?
Lets say you roll 4d10, 10's explode.
1, 5, 7, 10.
The 10 would explode and be added onto the 10 making a larger number.
1, 5, 7, [10 + 6].
That would make the high die 16.
I would also see if this can be done too. Where the explosion die can infinitely explode at max value, but only once more at Max - 1.
